Collection: December 2024 Tabletalk

The December 2024 issue of Tabletalk will feature articles on a variety of themes that appear both in the opening chapters of Genesis and the concluding chapters of Revelation. These chapters serve as bookends to the biblical story, helping us see that the history of redemption is the history of God’s working to take humanity back to Eden, to a paradise that has much in common with the garden yet is superior to it in many ways. We see this especially when we compare what the book of Revelation says about various topics first introduced in the book of Genesis. This issue of Tabletalk will look at these themes that appear both in Genesis and Revelation, explaining their significance and how the consummated creation fulfills God’s intent for the original creation.

Contributors include Burk Parsons, Ben Shaw, Harrison Perkins, Thomas R. Schreiner, David E. Briones, Matthew H. Patton, R. Andrew Compton, Guy Prentiss Waters, Andrew M. Davis, Kara Dedert, Jonathan L. Master, R. Carlton Wynne, Aaron L. Garriott, A. Craig Troxel, Kevin D. Gardner, Ken Jones, and Robert M. Godfrey.
