Collection: July 2022 Tabletalk

The July 2022 issue of Tabletalk will seek to help readers understand what it means to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Jesus declares that His disciples are salt and light and exhorts us to maintain our saltiness and to shine forth the gospel in all that we do. There are various ways that we can fulfill this call, but Christians sometimes do not know how to be salt and light or they think that being salt and light applies only to certain vocations. This issue will look at the biblical and theological significance of God’s people as salt and light in this world, and it will consider the many different ways that Christians can fulfill their calling to be the salt and light that Christ has made them.
